Rebellion. 

So many want to be "different"... want to go against the grain just because they can. But when someone that cares about you gives you good advice and you go against it just because you don't like being told what to do, where does that get you?Stop rebelling yourself right into mediocrity.

House of Cards*

I have been thinking recently about ways to get in extra exercise during times when there is usually none. While watching the Biggest Loser this evening, Bob gave his challengers a workout that seemed absolutely PERFECT! During commercials, lunch breaks, or just a bunch of fitness friends getting together for a fun workout, here is something to spice up the down time :)
