Fitness is a journey, not a destination...

What does it mean to be fit?

It is so much more than looking hot in that sleeveless shirt or strutting around in a sizzling bikini.

Having been athletic in my younger years, fitness is something that gave me great pleasure. The problem was, so did food. I used it for comfort, celebration, medication, reassurance, and problem solving. It never rejected you, had a nasty thing to say, or wanted you to do something in return for it to give you its time. Too much indulging in the junk food monster however, and I was overweight, tired, and feeling like self confidence was as foreign as Chinese Algebra. Then I decided to get TurboFire. I joined a challenge group my coach hosted, cultivated new friendships, and decided to inspire others they way they inspired me.

I have worked 6 day work weeks while maintaining a 4.0 GPA at full time college. If I can find the time, so can you. And the best news? I'm in it with you. My journey still continues. But once you are apart of the Beachbody family, failure is not an option. Make this time the time things change. Make this time the time things are different.

What would you achieve if you knew you could never fail?
